Fee Schedule First signature - $6.00 Each additional signature of each individual - $1.00 * Certified Copies - $6 * (does not include copy fee, Copies must be made by Notary) Any Notarial acts not listed - Call
Cancellation fees:
- Cancellation within 2 hours of appointment - greater of 25% or $25. plus printing if applicable.
- Arrive and client refuses to sign or no show (One hour wait) - 50% of fee
- Document/Lender error - Full price
- Wait fee while borrower(s) and lender straighten out issue. - $5 every 15 minutes. (Prevents notary from being on time to next appointment)
Any Notarial acts not listed - Call
*Please calculate to the best of your knowledge. Fees will be adjusted for any blatant and/or misleading calculations. NSA reserves the right to adjust fees on an as needed basis.
